The only thing that matters in this particular forum is how your physique stacks up against the ideal bodybuilding physique (opinions will differ on who possesses that).

I rarely look in this forum b/c it’s usually retarded, but I don’t see eye to eye with this view.
This isn’t a forum OF pro-bodybuilders, so while we might strive to look like them; we shouldn’t really judge people in comparison to them. I’m not saying that we give everyone an A for effort. (Because some people fail miserably.
I think that a before picture helps us “rating” this person a lot. I would be more opt to give a higher rating to some dude who just did the V-diet and dropped 50lbs to 9% then a dude who went from 11% to 10%.
My personal view on this thread is how well someone changes themselves. But I might be the only one; if so…oh well.
The OP did a good job with his goal, congrats.
I too am a bit skeptical about your numbers, how about a vid? I’d love to be proved wrong and eat my words.

You are correct and not at the same time.
This forum is about rating a physique, not a progress, hence the name.
Also, bodybuilding wise, i’m not sure the op “progress” is really positive.

Obviously there are no pro-bodybuilders here. If we shouldn’t be jugding physiques against a Pro’s than who should be the standard? Dwight Howard? Shaq? Reggie Bush? Derek Jeter?
WTF So if everyone starts posting here saying they dont want to be a bodybuilder but only want to get better at their sport are we supposed to accomodate for them and change the criteria? Will the criteria change for each position in every single sport? You have got to be kidding me with.
Don’t get me started on rating someone for the change they make. With that mindset some obese guy who loses weight to look like a below average lifter would get a higher rating than someone who is above average that progressed to become great.

So I forgot to hit the backspace a few times in the second sentence after I decided to leave out a few strong words.
I had a different line typed before I changed it and forgot to change the first word, excuse me.
You think you are smart, but you are actually stupider than you can even comprehend. Those are not grammatical errors. They are errors in syntax and rhetoric.
You had no argument (pertaining to the orignal topic) so you decided to clown around by pointing out simple typing errors.
If you have anything relevant to say, please speak up. How about starting with answering my post?
