I’ve had many acquaintances who have a desire to work for a better body, but quit after a few weeks because they lack the willpower to see things through.

wow, thanks man, kinda embarazing to know that someone has been following my 13 year old girl posts (when i go through bad times), hope that this log is a little entertaining.

Damn, weather is really fucking cold, i was warming up shirtless for my cardio session, and it was a bitch, but i just went through it and did it.

I did 2 rounds of the following exercises.

1 minute punching heavybag.
DB snatch 15 reps per arm.

1 minute rest.

1 minute punching heavybag.
50 bodyweight squats (it was a bitch).

1 minute rest

1 minute punching heavybag.
10 push ups, 20 jumping jacks, 10 single leg DL (per leg), 20 mountain climber.

1 minute rest

1 minute punching heavybag.
30 sit ups, 15 leg raises, 10 hanging knee raises.

1 minute rest

2 minutes punching heavy bag.
10 jump squats.

uff, i did 2 sets of this (as i mentioned before).

i wanted to go for a third round, but i couldn’t, i was really tired and i don’t think i could have gone through a third set of 50 squats.

Tomorrow will be an OFF day, next week i’ll max out on all lifts and will have 4 sessions like this, then the next week i’ll deload.

I just noticed that i missed one little but clearly important thing, on december i gained some pounds and an inch on my waist :(, i don’t regret that because it was a big mental relief and was a very OFF diet time, but i’, glad to say that i have already lost what i re gained.

I had a very busy week, I’ve been studiyng a lot for an exam i’ll have in 1 week and for a propedeutic course i’ll have in 3 weeks (for enteriing college (university for me).

So last week i did shit, i just deloaded the squat, deadlift and the bottom position BP, no cardio, i didn’t diet because i couldn’t study while feeling like shit ;).(actually waist went down 1cm from 116cm to 115cm.
