ufff, great session, specially squats, 3 weeks ago i had troubles doing that weight for a single, and today i did a triple, i can’t wait to max out next week.
1 minute punching the heavy bag
1 min rest
DB clean and push press, 10 reps per arm.
1min rest
1 minute punching the heavy bag
1 min rest
50 bodyweight squats
1 min rest
10 push ups, 10 jumping jacks, 20 mountain climber, 10 jump squat
1 min rest
1 minute punching the heavy bag
1 min rest
2 mins punching the heavy bag.
Then repeated.
I’ll try tonight again but will cut the rest periods so it will be performed as a circuit (no rest).
tuchavito, i always check up on your training log to see your progress, and everytime i see an update, i’m very relieved to see that you’re still at it. I’ve had many acquaintances who have a desire to work for a better body, but quit after a few weeks because they lack the willpower to see things through.
Your determination is very inspiring to me, and i’m glad to see your physique is improving so much, don’t quit, i’m rooting for you.

wow, thanks man, kinda embarazing to know that someone has been following my 13 year old girl posts (when i go through bad times), hope that this log is a little entertaining.
An inspiration?? wow, i’m glad, thanks, I can’t say it’s been a field of roses,it’s been really hard but i’ll just go on and on and will make it!!.
Is good to know that someone is following my log, another excuse to give it all and don’t let anyone down, specially my self ;).
I just noticed that i missed one little but clearly important thing, on december i gained some pounds and an inch on my waist :(, i don’t regret that because it was a big mental relief and was a very OFF diet time, but i’, glad to say that i have already lost what i re gained.

I went light for safety/don’t want to kill my self reasons.

6 total sets of 6,5,4,3,2,1 reps with 40 kg. 90 seconds rest between sets.
It was short and intense, i’m pretty sure this will helpme with my fat loss and to condition a little my self.
I had a very busy week, I’ve been studiyng a lot for an exam i’ll have in 1 week and for a propedeutic course i’ll have in 3 weeks (for enteriing college (university for me).
So last week i did shit, i just deloaded the squat, deadlift and the bottom position BP, no cardio, i didn’t diet because i couldn’t study while feeling like shit ;).(actually waist went down 1cm from 116cm to 115cm.
Bla bla bla, i’ll keep doing my shit, i just had to spend last week focused on studying, but now i’m back and with an a lot better structured plan for cardio.
