You have been dieting for how long now? Your body could use a break from the monotony of dieting. Try carb cycling for a week or just take a week and not worry about your diet and just eat BUT keep training and lifting hard. Seems like your body and your brain could use the break.
I’m taking my first break from dieting/eating strict and training for the first time in over 2 years. I was burnt out on everything and I can tell you this, I already feel charged up and ready to hit the gym again. I have to keep telling myself “only 3 more days”. So while my suggestion will be met with apprehension, sometimes you just need to recharge your batteries.

Thanks Bartl, i’ve already took a break, i definitely needed it.
Ufff, finally holydays are over and i can restart dieting, yep i cheated all december and i’m a happy mofo, so i’m ready for round 2!!.
So this is the deal, i weight 100kg or 220lbs, (part of that it’s water, but i’ll take that bw), and lets say that i’m 30%BF, so 1kg reduction will equal to 1%BF less, so this is the deal:
I want to be 12%BF by May 1st, so i have like 16 weeks, then i have to lose something like 1.1kg per week (doable), damn, just typing this makes me shiver, but i’ll do it, i’ve already lost 50 pounds, so i can do it.
My weapon of choice will be a PSMF diet (the one i was doing but had to quit due to some personal issues), consisting of 6 shakes a day (not the V-Diet).
I’m lifting 6 days a week, two lifts a day, i’ll adjust from here depending on how i feel the next week.
I’ve been using the OLAD program progression.
i second the stop dieting for now, go slightly over maintance even for 3 weekish, also if youve been doing dc stuff for a while try more a westside style lifting method, up your stregnth get those lifts up which will gain muscle and have a high metabolism rate.

Hey Bignate thanks for stoping by, actually i was given that advice by bartl like more than one month ago, then on december i had a very nice refeed ;).
Actually i stoped DC a while a go, obviouslly i’m still weak for that kind of training, and right now i’m working with heavy sets of five, triples and maxes (each on a different week, then deload).
Hey man i gotta thank you, because you actually were the first guy who trully helped me and here i’m now, 50 pounds lighter :).
I won’t post all the training session i’ve done these last weeks because i wasn’t working for an specific goal, other than keeping the time off the diet with minimal fat gains.
I lost 72 pound in 5 (i think) months and it was hard work but the best thing I have ever done and once it’s over you will be smiling for the next 2 months atleast every time you walk past a mirror :D. Seriously it’s the best thing ever, you learn some really valuable lessons in disapline and deit that stay with you forever. Looking at the before pics is a incredible feeling aswell. And I did it when I was 15yo so if I can do it then, then you can do it now. If you have any question ask away this sites full of top people, you have all the info you need, and you have a great program that your following. Keep it up man, and you will have a few people following this thread so no pressure.

damn 50 pounds is incredible! are you running something simlar to 5/3/1 but just go balls out instead of % based? id like to see a side by side photo comparison if you have one i think it would be inspiring and prove to yourself of how far youve come nice work man!

thats sick man, is it similar to 5/3/1 but less % and more how you feel that day? i think you could benefite from posting comparison side by side photo of before and now, it will really sink in how far youve come and we all need a pat on the back one a while.

yeah it’s very similar, well at least on the heaviest weeks of 5/3/1.
The difference is that i work up 5,3,1 RMs and do some waves working to another heavy set again
