23yo. Took Anadrol in prison, now I can't breathe.

Disclaimer: I was in prison and had no previous knowledge about steroids.

10 months ago in prison i used Anadrol 50-100mg daily for approx 4+ months straight(no other drugs, no trt). Even tho my body was super responsive to it…(I gained 12kg of lean muscle in a month) so much so that i felt immediate effects of just taking a single pill. In essence it made me feel terrible(no t base) but super strong so i kept taking it even tho my body yelled at me to STOP.

Fast forward 4 months of feeling like shit, eating low quality prison food in insane amounts (i would eat mayo 5 times a day) and 0 cardio i developed some kind of breathing malfunction.

Since then, 5-6 months ago I struggle breathing every day, entire day, from morning to evening. I also feel pain and pressure around my hearth and my lung. It gets so bad that I would be completely unable to concentrate. Other inmates told me that i would get up in middle of night and start breathing uncontrollably for like 10 seconds before i continued sleeping. I was unable to get medical help in prison because i live in a 3rd world country(they just don’t care).

When i left prison 4 months ago I went to numerous doctors, 3 cardiologist, 1 pulmologist(lung specialist) and 1 endocrinologist. I was also hospitalized once as i was loosing consciousness. They all told me everything is O.K. They told me it’s just health anxiety and i don’t think they are 100% wrong. It’s just that i think anxiety is there because of breathing not the other way around. In situations where i should feel most anxious(job interviews, public places etc.) symptoms ease. They appear when I watch TV, play video games, read books or excersize. When i’m completely relaxed not even thinking about it.

I am clueless as to what to do now because I can’t find proper help, all the doctors just don’t seem to know much about it. When i mention them Anadrol or Oxymetholone i see it in their eyes that they don’t know what the hell I am talking about.

If anyone experienced something similar or knows a doctor that specializes in this please, i’m desperate to find help. I’m in Serbia but i would travel anywhere in Europe just to find someone who understands what is happening to me. Thank you and sorry for long post.
