Look thanks but the I am lisening. I already told everyone that I was gonna diet a long time ago. I got heavy cause I ate way too much. It included pasta and not super clean foods like chicken and fish but i did not a lot and I didn’t skip meals. I could also do more than 225 i just put that one there. I show a video of 465 or sometihng tommarow MAYBE.

my fresh year of college i weighed in at 295lbs at 6’3 i benched 405 which isnt that amazing but okay for not being a gym rat…my power clean was in the 300s…lol i always hated those its so difficult to get under it being 6’3…and i ran a 5.4…but that was 2 years ago…i ended up not playing my soph year and kinda lagged ass and destroyed my body but next fall im gonna be ready

but yeah i would advise you to stick to regular cleans then the squat version…might as well just front squat for hip flexibility helped me alot…

How you finish high school at 17? I bearly a sopt. I know I ran way faster than 5.6. Althogh it might be 5.67 or something. Not really sure exacly casue i heard wrong. I am a running back.
