As a general rule, nothing over 5 is fast unless you are over 300. In high school I ran a 4.92 at 225. Squatted 455 benched 365 and cleaned 275, made all state and couldn’t find a DI scholarship. So just remember, your never fast or strong enough.
Well I run a 4.60 and maybe a 4.92 aint that good. Although i am not really sure. I bench around 340 clean 255(power clean) and squat around 405. I am very good balance and I think what I have is heart. Me being 5 7 I had to work harder than anyone else. I had to work out like an animal. I ruined half of my life lifting, eating, and sleeping just to get a little better but. I get the job done cause I know notbody will get the job done for me.
So now you run a 4.6 40? What happened to 5.6? And a 4.92 forty isn’t that great at 225. But when I got to college and got up to 295 and still ran a 4.92 it was pretty good. And enough with the drama.[/quote]
Lol just trying to prove point. Well im heard my freind say 5.6 and i thought that was 5.6 and that was fast but I run Waay faster than that. I am not slow at all. I am not a track super star but in track I outrun a lot of black dudes.

Dude. Just stop. You are only sounding like more of an idiot with every post. Want some pointers?
1.)Learn how to use the English language correctly.
2.)Learn how to form cohesive arguments/rebuttals.
3.)Spend less time discussing how awesome you are and more time doing some meaningful training.
I just browsed your profile and you should not be bragging about your stats. The fat lineman run a 5.6, and no, 315 for two on bench is not impressive.

I am not bragging. Just giving the stats. At 17 thats not super human but rally good. You can not find a lot of 17 year olds doing that not saying there is some. I am not a lineman. I do not run slow and the 5.6. I do not know why I thought I ran that. Im a retard.lol.

I would suggest you are in what I refer to as big frog small pool syndrome. I am guessing you have not been lucky enough yet to train with good juniors, so have a slightly distorted view of good vs poor.
Do not compare yourself with the people who do not train, people who say they train when they mean socialise round the bench, people who are all state, school record holder etc etc.
It is a big world, good for 17, is a 700lb deadlift (Schnieder back in late 70’s) Nesterenko qualifying for the OG discus at 16 last year, and the list goes on and on
I trained a jr shotputter who today is trying to get his second qualifier in for the world youth IAAF champs (has one needs another) who you are comparable in some aspects, but getting to the worlds is not one of them (he is around 216)
raise the bar, set your sights higher, don’t be happy with being good at 17 for what you do, set some goals, do your research prepare your plan and go execute, and don’t waste time here, do real research, don’t ask us…
I don’t even think this kid plays football – what kind of high school football player doesn’t know his own 40 time? It’s been ten years and I can still remember mine…
why are you guys wasting your time…hes changed his mind on his own stats a couple times, admitted that he was bullshitting, and doesnt look like he has the supporting frame for ANY of his claims, except maybe the mile run (i dont know better so i wont comment)
this guy is one of the most obvious trolls i’ve seen in a while…just let this(and any others )thread die

Your posts read like youtube comments. You should spend less time posting here and more time studying grammar and spelling.

First I am a 10th grader. Second it was not offical. My freinds took it and I misunderstood them and i thought a 5.6 was like a 4.6. I thought devin hester ran a 5.2. Ithought that everyone in football was a 1.0 higher.

looks like you need approval. Stop telling everyone how good you are. No one care about you anyway. The only thing I see is some fat guy trying to convince me that he is the most agile 205 pound i have ever seen or something like that. lol
