Prisoner - thanks for the tips. I’ve used deadlifting as an excuse not to hit the lats hard on back day. I’ll make sure to work on them along with flexing them.
With my chest, I incline/flat bench and flye, I also do a lot of dips. Any other advice? I probably just need to keep chipping away. [/quote]
Pullovers are important when just begining.
I would do your deads on leg day or hamstring day, not back day. Save your energy on back day for upper and middle back, lower back gets enough work on leg days e.t.c.
Really IMO when it comes down to it, Back day is your longest work out as there is so many muscles in the upper back that you really need to isolate in order to build an impressive back

Prisoner-
i think this is something that gets confusing- if deads build your traps so well, how are they not an upper back builder?
also, outline what should be done for middle back as well as upper back?
Your bone structure looks good for bodybuilding. If you where build like me I would tell you that your out of luck. My wrists and ankles are super skinny and there seems to be nothing I can do about that.

I thought it was better to have narrow joints in BB because then the muscle looked bigger in comparison. With larger joints such as wrist and elbows (ect) the muscle looks smaller in comparison. Could be wrong thought, I thought big joints good for power lifting small joints good for BB

Whats your problem dez? I said could never compete in a body building comp. I didn’t make up excuses for not being able to “get big.” Don’t be a jackass.

skinny wrists and ankles, as others have told you, are to your advantage in bodybuilding. they are also not the only factors. if you have long muscle bellies coupled with small joints, you have the potential to look like a monster-lee priest. what you said about being out of luck for competing in bodybuilding, or even being good at it, or whatever you meant, was about one of the most uninformed statements ive seen on here.
you shouldnt just go spouting shit off, thats whats turning this site into a gathering of “my right bicep is 15” and my left is 14.75", why do i have such a major imbalance?"
I don’t think giving my opinion of what I think looks good is “spouting shit off”.
I also don’t think I am “ruining this site” through expressing my opinions.
I do think that personal attacks out of the blue from people that think that only what they think is right and important does have the potential to ruin a site.
