2.5 inches does not knock 50kg off your bench. When I did 140 off my chest, I did 140x3 to a 2 (ie 3.5/4 inch) board. I’d be lucky to do 180 off a 4 (8 inch) board.

OP you look pretty good. Might wanna work the squat and deadlift a bit harder tho. Should add some nice thickness to your back and round out the whole package nicely.

This is how someone should look before they start dieting for a contest: Strong, Thick, Solid, Smooth, Lean, and Pale.

I would only say that you should work on erector thickness and trap size. You’re large everywhere but your neck, upper traps, and middle traps. Some combination of Deadlifts, Rack Pulls, Shrug Variations, T-Bar Rows, and Barbell Rows will surely do the trick. Your traps will probably blow up pretty fast as I imagine you’ll be able to handle a lot of weight on Rows and Deads given that your Chins and Squats are so strong.

You must be leaner than you look because you don’t have a six pack but you do have some lower lat definition (something most people with 6-pack abs lack). So I attribute your lack of abs to poor lighting.

The two weaknesses you need to work on are lighting and trap size…the easiest things to fix in bodybuilding. Congrats on already doing the hard work.

James can pull 220kg no probs, think he’s going to start deadlifting weekly to build up his back.

He’s not a fan of training to get a six pack but his genetics allow him to have one… >:o(

Since im not familiar with inches, ill rephrase my previous quote. Benchpressing, while pausing 10-15 cm off the chest is a lot easier than going all the way down. It is a useful technique in order to increase your benchpress, but it does not count as a benchpress.

I do not really care whether you believe me or not. and by the way unracking 180kg, and going halfway is pretty easy to get 2, the average joe can achieve that in a matter of months. The challenge is in the bottom half of the benchpress,defect.

OP, good work young fella. Keep going. Dont change too much, but perhaps focus now on exercises that you havent focused on up to now. That will round out any weak points in your physique.

I have pictures of myself on this site, so half of your retarded fucking argument is out. I’m not the one claiming outrageous things. I never said any of my lifts/my body was up to par with anything. I never claimed to be able to lift more than I can lift. Until you post a video, you are full of shit. Since there will be no video posted YOU ARE FULL OF SHIT. Says the guy whos 170 and has been training 4 years. If you wanted to take this to a personal level we could do that I guess. I may have just begun training, but, my LBM is as much as you weigh, we are the same height, I am stronger in every lift, and it seems I have made more progress in my little time than you have in your four years. To me it looks like you are the one who should be working to better yourself, not me.

But I do appreciate your comment about my little bit of pudge. That will be gone within a few weeks, but your criticism is noted, even though most people who actually know anything about bodybuilding realize my fat gain was pretty small.

Note, the throwing out of horrible numbers/stats by me was only done becuase the asshat called me out on them. By no means do I think I am better than someone for being bigger/stronger, only if that person is trying to convey that message about themselves would numbers/stats even be brought up, and only then to shut the moron up.
