my diet is not structured but it is very clean. i rely on suplements for my protein intake, 3 40gram protein shakes a day and then i mainly eat chicken breast and tins of tuna and whole meal foods.
i find that i have little appetite in the mornings so i lose out on calorie intake
Nice work. Lifting heavy weight w/o straps is always a good way to train the forearms. Personally I can’t stand the damn things. Only would use them if I were incredibly injured. How tall are you mate?
if u do benchpress 170kg thats is an amazing feat.However honestly i doubt u bench 170kg. ur chest and shoulders are small compared to ur upper body that can only mean that u dont go all the way down when u bench.

Yeah becuase you can tell if someones chest is underdeveloped from a front double bi.

agreed, who the hell is steel_12 to start calling bluffs on peeps 3x his size. Plus, base it on front double bi shot where it is tough to really gauge the pecs true size.
jame5y51 is beefy. look at his god damn forearms, the kid has the bone structure to put up mad weight. wait until he trains hard and serious, i bet this kid can put up 420+ in the future.
People, im not calling bluffs on anyone.All im saying is that he might touch his chest with the weight. i can do 180 kg where i pause 2.5 inches off my chest, but do i count that as a benchpress? Hell no. My maximum is 130 kg where i go down under control, pause at the bottom, and go all the way up.
