ill, in response to your last post, i achieved 21 inch arms and a build i am proud of without taking any “enhanced supplements”. Take it or leave it, but i dont like hearing people giving excuses as too why they cant reach their goals. Believe it or not! Good luck too you

21 inches of blubber on a short frame is what you have. I am 6’2 with a 6’8 arm spread, the amount of muscle I would have to pack on my arms to get 21" yet alone my goal of 18" (which I am close to) is a very hard thing to do without a high fat procent or steroids, even then it’s hard. It isn’t an excuse, it is what is realistic for someone who never has tooken anything.

Not to be rude but checking out your profile, you have no pics of your muscular arm. I think you need to back up your negative comments to Tshep26 with a recent pic of yourself or apologize and keep your negative comments to yourself.

Guys like that are here for the thrill of getting a response from people who are bigger than they can reach. There’s no other reason for posts like that or the other in this thread with the same mentality…and this one has been here since 2005 apparently.

It’s just one more thing they get to do on the internet that they would never do in real life.

The truth is bodybuilding has turned into a circus freak show. Btw I meant the guy with the fat stomach whining was blubbery, not the original poster. Bodybuilding despite iwhat it is today used to be about something else then visiting Tijuana and taking mass quantities of shit.

So writing to me that I am not allowed to write on a bodybuilding forum just because I am not eating horse steaks and anabolics is an assault on anyone who trains without pharmaceutical enhancement.

I just don’t see how a dentist with an important life as you think you have the time to write over 20000 posts on an internet forum, and not changing your opinion on anything since you first started on this forum. So don’t write to me about priorities and underacheiving. I have my own goal, just as you do, which obviously involves a lot of eating.

And no I am not a troll, I just have my own opinion, choose to ignore it or whatever. You taking it as an assault on who you are must mean I’ve struck a nerve. I have other shit to do.

It dosen’t matter what you think about BB, on steroids or not on steroids, most of us read and write on here for info, advice , motivation and encouragment to anyone that wants it. Evidently you don’t want it, but you want to humiliate and insult everyone else.

So yes, I have a problem with anyone that wants to insult the members of T-Nation. Like you should have been taught as a youngster,"If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything.

By the way, I don’t eat horses or visit Mexico. If you read the posts , you too might learn how to build some muscle and don’t worry, I don’t think you will get ever get too big.

I do read articles here, but I just take some of them with a grain of salt. And I don’t have a problem building muscle. You are right that I went off on a tangent a bit, but it still is my opinion and as far as I can see this is a bodybuilding discussion forum. So where is the right to discuss?

Sorry, you are right, I should respect your opinion just as I hope you respect mine, it’s all good.
Fuck that shit. Don’t apologize. This is not about if you can discuss your opinion or not. It’s about manners. If Ill above had said his peace in a respectful way there would not of been a problem. The guy is a douche.

Sort of like intellectual masturbation and trouble making on anonymous internet forums…

Yeah, I have to agree STRONGLY with DJS…BWHITWELL you have NOTHING to apologize for.

Everyone who has seen your posts and photos knows you’re for real, and you were right on for giving it to that guy (I was actually chuckling to see you finally let someone have it!!!).

Respect your elders, and if they want to let you have it take it (not that you’re too old or anything, or that I wouldn’t cut off my pinkie finger to have your bicep peak :-), old bastard!!)

This is T-Nation - every meaningful thread goes to shit.

Ps: This message was a reply to fightingirish26.

Pss: How the fuck do you qoute someone, when you reply?

Great work OP, thanks for the inspiration.

one more quick comment…the very fact someone will ARGUE ON THE INTERNET…well thats about all i need to know about their intellect. Like i said this was my path, i pass no judgement on anyone for following a different path. with that i am done

god damn why aren’t these morons thrown the hell out of the forum. T-Nation should take better care of their experienced members…

LOL, I haven’t checked back in 2 days and look at all the flame posts

ok, im replying to set the record straight

First of all, when I used the word “fat,” I used the word as a noun. The OP certainly has fat on his arm, thats FACT. However, you morons decided to twist my words and use the word as an adjective to describe the OP. That was certainly never my intention. When I first made the response I was basing my opinion on the fact that many of you here, much less the general population, have fragile egos.

People like to stroke their ego, thats FACT. People brag about the weight they can 1/4 squat in the gym, how much they can curl with shit-ass form, or back in high school, a friend of mine used to brag constantly about the new Escalade his dad bought for him. The way I see it, what the fuck is the point of bragging about something if you didn’t genuinely earn it? That was the context I was thinking when I first responded.

What’s the point of bragging about your arm measurement if it ain’t true LBM. It’s not hard to gain fat on your arm and brag about it. In my humble opinion, if it ain’t pure muscle mass, it doesnt mean jack shit, and you’re simply lying to yourself about your true measurements. Anyone can eat their way to 24in arms, if you don’t believe, just head down to your local Wal-mart.

However, i cannot expect the OP to start a diet in an effort to lose the fat on his arm before he posted this thread in order to appease people like me. I give credit to where credit is due, so to OP, I deeply apologize for my curt replies earlier. You’re one huge muthafucker, so you certainly deserve all the recognition you get.

Once again OP, congrats on your accomplishments.
Hah, so if someone doesn’t agree with you, that makes them X nut-swingers? Funny shit, though, seriously, I LOL’ed.

To the rest of you nobodys too eager to suck X-man’s dick and decided to twist my words and follow suit in making personal attacks (despite I couldn’t give a shit less what you have to say), I sorta understand your reasoning. It’s probably everybody’s dream as a little boy to not only want to look like a super hero, but also to get fucked by one too.

Y’ll retards who thought you were “cool” and would now be “accepted” by jumping on the bandwagon, I suggest y’ll start taking turns shoving that black dick up ur ass, and hopefully by the end you guys can make a underground love train by linking yourself together one sweet insertion at a time…sers, I’m sure Harriet Tubman would be fuckn proud.

Once again OP, congrats on your accomplishments.
Man, there’s a lot of talk about people getting fucked by Prof X around these parts - damn dude, looks like you have a smorgasbord of willing male ass to plow if it ever strikes your fancy…lol…

Fuckin’ priceless.

So, what’s your story then Prospa? I see you have nothing filled out in your profile and one pic that I’m thinking probably isn’t you.

Since you’re so judgemental of others, you must have accomplished a hell of a lot when it comes to bodybuilding. Your holier-than-thou rant might hold more water if you can show us a huge, ripped physique at low single digit bodyfat.

Seriously, if you have so much to teach a guy who has 21 inch arms, then I’d assume you were someone that a lot of us could learn something from. So, the floor is yours dude…

The best part is, he calls the people posting here nobody’s, while he posts here, and we all know it took him at least 3 maybe 4 hours to come up with that drivel.

It’s a shame when the crest of someone’s intellect is so uninspired that the apex of their insult ability is a gay joke.

fucking beasts morepain and tshep, some inspiration right before my next bulk

probably wont get 21’s for years, but i just wanna get to beast mode.
and for anyone talking about functionality or bitching about big arms, i do boxing pretty intensively, and bulk up for a month or two in my off season/summer. never had a problem with my arms getting bigger. just more weight to smash into someone.

man what bullshit drivel, i’m too tired to read it all Yak,Yak,Yak…i’ve been at the gym 5 out of the last 6 days, yesterday was legs today i killed chest, i’ve eaten 1.5lbs of lean beef today + 2 chicken breasts, tons of oats and whey, a few eggs…my ass hurts from the four + shits today, everything aches but i’m full, tired and happy w/ my work this week.

Yap, yap, some people need more time in the gym and less time flapping their gibes on the computer. For those with insight and inspiration - cheers, to the countless douche bags, i hardly notice you.

wow, this place sure looks different after a few days. Think I’ll mosey on to a more interesting thread.

Lookin swole dude. nice job

Wow, just wasted about 15-20mins reading this thread, when i could have just looked at the photos, said congratulations on your achievements and be done with it.

OP - fuck yes, 30 yrs is impressive, 21" arms is impressive, think youve inspired numerous people on T-Nation, glad you take everything else bad said with a grain of salt, life is too short to worry about people that are jealous towards you or just wanna fight (over the internet???).

To the 21yr old(no way im going back to find out ur name, sorry.) - congrats, u inspire me just as much if not more, to know that guys younger then me have out done me, just makes me push harder to “catch up” - congrats.

Morepain and Tshep26: awesome accomplishment! Sorry to see your thread went to shit.

Freaking epic OP! Did you find it hard to get time to lift in college? I’m going for Industrial Physics right now and I barely have time to eat and sleep…??

I was about to post a picture of my 21" but then I saw the pic and realized this was an arm thread.

to these question i always ask, do you watch tv at all? i don’t even own one…theres your answer. I actually worked a 40 hour week, took night classes, and still maintained my condition all the way through. I paid my way through college working full time, two bachelor degrees and an MBA…trust me you have plenty of time. To this day i work a 60 hour week, go to the gym 4-6 times per week, and read an average of one novel or good nonfiction piece per week. Time is not the issue, priorities are the issue.

I LOVE that post. Seriously. My girlfriend’s mom stopped going to the gym after a few months and sort of patronizingly said to my gf “oooh dear…I don’t have time anymore for the gym…maybe in a while”. I’m thinking of all the reality shows she says she watches on TV, and the relative little amount she works (she works 12 hour shifts over 3 days/week). I made eye contact with my gf after she said that and it was clear she didn’t want me to say anything so I let it drop. I’m working 40 hours/week, working on a master’s full time, study, see my gf 3-4x/week, and still easily have enough time to hit the gym 4 times each week. How much TV do I watch? Nada.

Yeah Accipter, my ex’s mom was like that. She was a Nurse (which I’m assuming your girls mom is, the three 12’s a week is pretty typical for nursing) and literally would not do ANYTHING the day before she worked (aka, the other 3 days of the week) because it “tired her out too much” and she was too tired the next day for work so she would just sit around for 12-14 hours watching TV.

Of course she was just lazy and was using that as a way to justify it, but its the same concept. Where there is a will, there is a way. People who want to acheive anything always manage to have time for it.
