lol until you post videos of all these lifts you claim to be able to do your nothing more then a fat kid who likes to run his mouth.
I understand your need to be heavy for football, but your weight isn’t quality weight. Your fat doesn’t help you run fast, look at most running backs even full backs. You could drop the fat and add muscle, staying the same weight but making a WORLD of difference in how you both look and perform.
Understand something, you have some grown ass people up in here, and you won’t fool anyone. If you want serious help you can find it, but if you need a pat on the back because you don’t feel good about your weight, then take that shit elsewhere. Up to you man.
If your playing halfback in high school you definitely don’t need all that weight in the form of fat you would be a much better halfback @ 175 agility + speed > weight in the halfback position.
Im telling you right now highschool coaches hype up this idea that " you gotta get bigger" wayyyy too much yes bigger not fatter IF your a halfback maybe if you were a lineman then maybe I could see you needing the extra weight in high school.
Example:
I played both sides of the ball @ 4 different halfback, outside linebacker, safety, and D line at the stud and defensive end position ( I consider those the same position really cuz they were the same job basically)
@ 200 pounds of muscle in high school I destroyed the fatter,weaker, slower lineman in every aspect…Not only was I too fast for them to touch me but if they did I’d knock them on their ass.
At the halfback position plain and simple I wasnt going to be stopped with one or two people in front of me. I would’ve left them in the grass on their knees and if you were going heads up with me you better brace yourself plain and simple but again I was 200 pounds @ about 8% body fat…
Speed agility with some good strength @ a descent weight and you will be better off. Quick is deadly!!!
