I was in the same boat as you in high school and believe me you are already ahead of the game with having mass, now is the time to take what you have and sculpt it into something chicks wanna look at. because honestly when your done crushing runningbacks on the feild and football is a thing of the past, the chicks will always dig a lean machine over a guy who hits like a bus.

what the fuck
sure he has fat on him, but he’s 205lbs at 5’7", at least he’s gonna actually have some muscle on him when he cuts.
to the OP, when you do diet down and see what you really have, and do eventually decide to go on a mass gaining phase again, just do it “better” this time around. you already know what it means to just bulk and get fat, vs actually putting the effort in to bulk correctly.
and about that steroid topic you started - what the hell dude? don’t even go near that. you’re too young and not experienced enough
Dude you run a 40 in 5.6 seconds, thats piss poor. Especially since you have allegedly such a strong squat. You are carrying way too much weight for your height. All your strength means nothing if you aren’t able to get where you need to be, you need to drop fat and your speed will pick up. Body fat is a better predictor of speed than body weight, if the majority of your weight is from muscle (which yours isn’t), then you will be fast for your size.
I’m not going to get into particulars here, I think we all agree that the OP is way too heavy for his height. Even at 205, (if accurate), I wonder how much is actual muscle based on looking at pics. I’m only about 5’8, and before my contest diet I usually weight 205 and let me say that it looks quite different than the pics in this thread.
still, FFBs usually have better strength than average when they do eventully diet down, so if he can start training and eating properly, I’d certainly be interested to see what develops.

I do not acually run a 5.6. I think it is way faster than that cause I am very quick and fast even for my weight at my height. Although I am no Devin Hester I am quick more than most would think. I could beat a lot of strong guys that are lean.

Well I am 205 but you are cut and big. I am big but too much fat on me. I will diet thank you. I will keep you informed.
i noticed you said you could do a backtuck.
i’d like to see it.
fuck it. if you can really do a backflip. i’ll learn to do a backflip.
Dude you need to cut. Unless you play 8 man and the team only has 9 players I see no use for a 5’7" 205 pounder. What position do you play?
You need to get your diet under control, hit the weights and keep the splits to yourself.

You won’t see a video. He’s been called out on his claim of a 315 or 305 bench press and 25 pullups. Not surprising he bitched out. He makes stuff up to justify being fat. I can’t fathom someone that topheavy doing any sort of acrobatics.
Dude seriously, you’ve got to get away from the shroud of fearing to loose strength and “mass” in order to justify being overweight. Start eating clean, keep on training, and do a cardio session of at least 30 minutes at 65-70% at the end of every training session. If you are a real kid.
I’ve got to give to my man JF, its looks like the weight you lift is your plate coming back from the buffet line. Cheers

A backflip is not that hard. It all about not being scared. Mostly anyone could do it. I could do about 25 chinups.
