But he had huge low lats, big pecs, and massive quads, and came in in awesome condition. Ronnie coleman had all of the above. So did arnold. so did cutler, cutler probably had the biggest lowest back.

Seriously, it’s getting out of hand people. I like Branch Warren’s physique. I also like Phil Heath’s and Evan C’s physique, too. Subjectiveness is a very cool thing, because ya know, everyone has their own tastes and preferences. not current but worthy of being scene, 405lbs for a shoulder press, even if just a few reps, is a monster!
Hoping he nails the conditioning and we get a lot of kai phil side by side comparisons this year. as much as i’m a kai fan, if phil looks better i hope he wins again, my thought is though…side by side if kai is really conditioned he beats phil all day.
phil is always shredded, kai has yet to be since 09’ …we’ll see.
also curious to see how good wolf looks this year.
