Well then you suck! Hardcore in the gym means NOTHING onstage, you overblown idiot. And as long as I have your attention, your annoying stomping and loud exhalations onstage during your posing are ridiculous. You’re the only dude who nearly has his elbows straight out in the relaxed pose. Do you see Phil Heath acting like that? Nope. Not even Dennis Wolf comes off so retarded. I’m glad everyone agrees you’ll NEVER win the Olympia. And your Arnold win was an undeserved fluke. In truth, you and Tim Belknap tie for the award for ugliest physique in bodybuiling history.

Im not pretty. That doesn’t mean shit. No one will deny my hard work. This is my year. That’s all.

EVERY motherfucker at this level works hard! You think you have a monopoly on hard work? And I’ve seen your training vids. You half-ass it all over the gym! Partial, sloppy reps… dropping plates, sweat dripping all over the place. You look so joyless doing it too! As if cracking a smile might take the edge of your hardcoreness!
So you’re the most conditioned guy onstage? Big deal. You look like a disproportionate scrotum. And we all know the scrotum is ALWAYS right behind the dick.

What did you say? The shine on all of my trophies blinded me for a bit.
just my opinion…
but i think that greene will never be rewarded for his hard work cuz bodybuildin´ is about politics, too… and with his grapefruit penetration it won´t ever happen that he wins an olympia…kai is just not the perfect figurehead for bodybuildin´ … he is acting a little bit to freaky in my mind… so in my mind phil will definetly win cuz his muscle bellies look crazy as fu** and he is the perfect figurehead!!
Its disappointing to hear that Ced and Vic are not competing this year. A colleague from the gym has been spamming my facebook with photos of Ced and he has great aesthetics. I am just a big fan of Vic’s and would love to see him in his best condition on the Olympia stage.
Having said that, my tip:
Heath
Greene
Wolf
Warren
Dex/centopani
Personally though I would like to see Toney Freeman in the top six. I also have a soft spot for Hidetada Yamagishi and Michael Kefalianos because he represents Australia even though he is Greek (his back dominated Warren’s in the Australian Pro).
Forgive my inexperience here, but what DO you need to win the O?
How much of it is based on specific bodypart development versus overall balance? Which bodyparts matter ‘most’?
Obviously there’s a fair amount of subjectivity here, and I’m pretty sure it’s not put in writing… but those of you who’ve paid attention over the years, what kind of things actually matter the most?
