That was the first thing I noticed.
I’ve indicated before in a thread awhile back, that Kai’s movement is incredible. He doesn’t move…he flows. The thread I indicated this in was a video where he was guest posing, and I could not believe how a guy this big didn’t seem “muscle bound” or “stiff from so much muscle” at all. He moves like fluid. Each movement, whether it is walking, dancing, flexing…everything just seems so smooth like his joints, his skeleton is greased up (no pun intended).
That posing that Cyrus posted shows just how effortlessly this guy moves. So much muscle…so effortless and efficient is the movement. Kai bringing his waist down just makes his upper body and shoulder width look ridiculous.
His conditioning was fine…Heath’s was better. I just hope Kai doesn’t go back to size for the sake of size again, and just continues to hone the excellent physique he is developing right now.

Kai is definitely a bigger guy, but I don’t reckon he was in superior shape to Heath. You can see a very distinct difference between the two when they lock out their poses. Man, Heath was drier, more ripped, more vascular, had proportionally much thicker arms. IMO, Kai and Phil had similar legs. But the the upper body, pecs, arms, shoulders and traps gave Heath a visual win over Kai.
Next year Kai will hopefully blow everyone away. He’s awesome, but Heath was awesome…er.

Risking generalization here but a lot of Kai fans are very “passionate/emo”. Kai goggles are strong.
Rhoden is not my cup of tea and I was hoping Wolf was going to do better.
before i’m a Phil fan, but while i still his fan, i became new Kai fan now. I think Phil still got better physique, but its hard to not love a guy like Kai.
I mean why so many fans love Kai so much? Its not his physique, its his personality. His monk like lifestyle , his posing routine. Hes so unique. I can see why so many fans love him, and why so many fans hate him also.
Phil have interesting personality, hes nice and very social guy. He likes attention, hes rich, hes got a nice house and nice car. But hes not unique, there are many people living the lifestyle like him, while Kai is unique.
