Deadlifting 350, and using a bench shirt for the first time.
Pushing through 1000 pounds on the big 3.
Finally hitting 225 on the bench after having a bad 3 months of shoulder pain.
Needing to buy more 45# plates.
Veiny arms even when not lifting. FINALLY, the body fat is coming down!
In 08 my only real goal is to hit 300/400/500. The 400 squat has already been exceeded, but the others will be a test.
