20 YO, 175 LBS, 6'


20 175lbs 6’ Give legit advice. If you think I need more delts say that, if u think i could use more squat strength say that. Im here to give legit advice too and stay positive. Please be aware that u dont have to be a bodybuilder to have a good physique.

GSP, James Irvin, Sean Sherk, Terrell Owens, Vernon Davis and many more athletes have great physiques despite the fact that they do not engage in bodybuiding.

And this forum is rate my physique right? Not rate me based on how many years I’ve been training or wut kind of clothes I’m wearing in my vid or how many gyms I workout in.

A week of training might look like this for me: Monday-Chest and Back, Tuesday-Legs, Wed-Off, Thur-Arms and Delts, Fri to Sun-Off

I train very basic exersices(and their variations) such as squats, deadlifts, pullups/chinups, any kind of press with dumbells and barbells(from decline to behind-the-neck), leg curl machines, and some specilized stuff like neck and grip exercises.

I try to lift heavier most of the time(above 85% of my 1RM), go for 1-5 reps per set, and 4-12 sets per exercise.

My current lifting stats r in my vid.

I have whey shake with oatmeal when i wake up. for lunch some kind of fish, beef, or chicken with whole wheat bread or brown rice. My dinner is pretty much the same as lunch. during my workout i take alot of bcaa(20-35 grams) and post workout i have a whey shake with some powdered gatorade. before bed Illl usually take some zma and casien.

Im not to obsessed with gaining tons of mass cuz I want to gain more relative strength for martial arts.

You worked out in 5 different gyms and wore 4 different pairs of shoes with 3 different hair cuts in one week.

Great lifts if they’re all you. But they look like different people… especially the curls.

Thanks for ur doubt. I got a hair cut that week and the lifts only take place in 3 places: a local ymca, a residential institute, and my garage.

Thanks, Im slowly but surly working on the depth of my squats, on my next vid Ill prolly just include a rock bottom deep front squat

yeah ur prolly right, e-trash talk is so much fun tho LOL, hopefully i can maybe get 500 in 6 weeks. I still have 2 weeks of mass training then a month of strength work plus a new loading phase of creatine will help jack up my overall strength thanks for the encouragement

I’m glad you acknowledged that your form was bad on the barbell shoulder press in the video. Holy hell, you made it into a sitting bench-press. Stand up when you’re shoulder-pressing, please.
