I know lol i wish i had an actual low back bench but i only had that bench around. shoulder pressing is def one of my weaker points it would be nice if i could get my SP to 240, IP to 280 and BP to 345. idk how long that will take but hopefully sometime in 2010

It’s amazing how teenagers think the world should be tailored to them. Go to the strength sports or combat forums if you are interested in getting stronger or learning how to fight better. You’re an annoying little twat that just wants his ego stroked.

What did you think was going to happen when you posted pictures of your thin physique on a forum that bases the evaluations on bodybuilding standards? You prefaced your post with your goals because you knew damn well your physique isn’t up to par at this point. You obviously knew there would be negative feedback. You’re a tool, congrats.

dude after watching your video that you posted, i really think that you should go alot deeper on the squats. when i squat i always go ass to grass and i would recommend that you do also. what your doing is nothing more than a stupid 16 y/o kid trying to max out and puts way too much weight on the bar

when i train i do go deep i just posted a vid of me doing parallel(or almost) since thats wuts most accepted by ppl that work out. I have front squated 245 for 5 with all the way down squats before tho

I beg to differ. His squats were at least close to parallel. If you want stupid 16 y/o kid squats he would have to rock between a 1/2, 1/3, or 1/4 squat. Im roughly 6’ as well, and I know if I go too much lower than parallel my back rounds pretty badly on back squat especially when the weight starts to climb. They arent the deepest squats ever, but they are better than what 99% of gym goers throw down.
