Been training about two years, only about 6 months with really good diet.
Im 10 ,4 (only 5ft 7) at the moment. Was 9,11 towards the end of the summer so I think I’ve done quite well there while keeping lean.
I realise I’m not half the size of most of you on here just wanted so feedback on how I’ve been doing so far.
Thanks
It’d be nice if you could produce those pictures a little bit larger.
It look likes your chest has developed, your back looks pretty sparse to.

Black and white pics make you look more ripped.
Yes your lean, but you still look really weak. Eating more will help with that.
I didn’t really understand what you were saying in your first post here…I thought you were saying you were ten years old; which i believe(d).
10 stone 4 pounds I meant.
Im 19.

144lbs in other words.
At 5’7 144lbs you are going to have to post an accurate outline of a typical days worth of food if you want this thread to be taken seriously.
I thought you meant you were ten years old as well.

If you’re not gaining weight steadily, eat more.
Whats a day’s diet for you?
Are you focusing on gaining strength in your lifts? What lifts are you using? set-rep schemes?
Whats your split and current lifts like?
