good job, you look worse
I’m not usually one to be a dick, and I’m not going to start now, however, that being said; you have to encourage yourself and not seek it out. Realize your audience of this site when you put up pics like that.
Many of us have been training the better portion of our lives and it’s great that you’ve found exercise, it’s a great outlet, but if you want a pat on the back, you should probably look for it from your family and friends.
That being said, ego’s run big and hot here, so just keep training consistently and don’t ever look for motivation from other people. You have to be your own motivation. On a side-note, if I were you, I would seriously re-evaluate the methods and strategies of both training and nutrition that you’re employing.
You seem to be putting on a disproportionately high amount of fat compared to muscle. Again, that’s just my opinion, you’re clearly getting stronger, so if you’re happy then who gives a fuck what I think.

lol as soon as you said “I’m not usually one to be a dick…” i knew exactly what was coming lol.
That just made me laugh, nothing against you
Yea sorry M8 I really don’t belive those lift. After 1 year of training I could 1rpm 105 kg, Im not saying its imposible, mabye if you have all the Dave Tate, CT, TC and the rest of them training you and some roids I could belive that but still would be a little sceptical. after that little time training you just dont know what your doing, im still learning and so is everyone else on this thread. Ether your starting 1rpm was wrong and attually a lot higher or you’ve calculated the weight wrong and the bar isnt as heavy as u though, or your lieing.
woops shoulda read the rest of it, if you lie atleast make it beliveable or just dont post wtf r u gona get out of lieing m8, u just made your self look like a idiot

The pic is for the first post OP…not to mention a few others…
Shits and giggles aside, you are making progress…NOT. Mate the fuck are you doing? Me thinks you gaining way too much fat when considering the amount of lean body mass you added to your frame. Just saying. Yeap something is wrong if you can lift these numbers and yet the muscle ain’t there to prove otherwise. Strange indeed.
Strange indeed. Defn:
Either:
Dude. A year has passed. You look fatter with zero size. Post your workout routine, diet etc etc. I’m quite sure you’ll improve if you keep at it the right way.

Everybody, EVERYBODY who trains and eats right for the first time in their lives end up looking like you after 2 months. It’s great that you feel proud enough to post in this forum, but you would be better off just posting the befores and afters in your profile instead?
Really?

In 2 months u went from 65kg to 182kg on deadlift???
All the other lifts too, I dont wanna call u a liar, but…
180kg? That is a hell of a lift for a lad your size!
Shit… thats 4 plates a side.
I think you have mis-calculated there somewhere… i doubt you could even hold that weight to shrug, let alone get it off the floor.

Next time says who you are and everything in the vid. That doesn’t even look much like you, althoguh I can’t tell. Why did you show your face in the video but not in the other pictures?
Also 465 grams of protein is overkill bro. Cut it down to like 300 or less. I would focus on loosing a little fat, then bulking up. Try cutting down to 4000 calories too.
I wouldnt call that a dead lift in the video i mean your lower body was basically straight during the movement, just saying…
Do you do any cardio? What is your training like. Also, 400 pounds on the deadlift is not some amazing strength feat, so there’s no reason to expect to look jacked because of that.

My diet is as follows
Breakfast
1 bowl oats w/strawberries
1 protein shake --------- 60 grams protein … 600 calories
Gym
during w/out — glucose drink — 300 calories 0 protein
Post Wout
oat bar
weight gain shake
1 pizza
1800 calories — 130 grams protein
11am – one six egg omelette
50 grams protein – 500 calories
So what type of protein shake do you have with oatmeal in the am to add up to 600 calories? and weight gainer shake and pizza as post workout? = TROLL, and if so funny stuff. But if not, it should be pretty obvious that its your diet that sucks if your lifts are that good.
