2 Months Of Training, Before/After

I’m new here, and I’m new to weightlifting, but in 6 months I’ve added nearly 20lbs of muscle, and in a year and a half(or more) you haven’t done jack shit but put on fat. FAT. NO muscle. Fat.

What, do you want to be congratulated on that? Congrats, you’re a fatarse.

You look like crap, and that is NOT you in that video. That guys build is completely different from your wide hips lightbulb look.

Quit foolin yourself, you suck. If you really want to make progress you should actually go to the gym, lift some heavy weights, keep adding to the bar, and eat plenty of healthy food. Until then, you’re just a waste of time for yourself and everyone here.

20lbs in 6 months? Man you totally suck, the OP obviously put on 40lbs of muscle around his love handles, YOU should step in a gym.

OP, keep it up man. You look great. In another 6 months you’ll look like Cutler. Eat more food. And if that is you in the vid, your form is PERFECT. Keep pulling like that.
