You look like crap, and that is NOT you in that video. That guys build is completely different from your wide hips lightbulb look.
Quit foolin yourself, you suck. If you really want to make progress you should actually go to the gym, lift some heavy weights, keep adding to the bar, and eat plenty of healthy food. Until then, you’re just a waste of time for yourself and everyone here.
