I am an 18 year old student, who, to be honest, was completely tired of being out of shape, and looking like some weird fat kid. However, i dont exactly consider myself in shape now, yet i am extremely pleased with what I have achieved in two months of solid training and diet. I think I have been able to debunk the myth that you cannot gain muscle and lose fat, sure, maybe it is not optimum, but i was WEAK and FAT.
These are my before stats, both for body and lifts, i will post the corresponding pictures:
weight 87kg (Ridiculous)
neck 14.8inches
shoulders 44.5 inches width 17inches
chest 37inches
waist (35 inches)
Hips---- was the most embarassing thing, i cant belive it were possible, but they were, 43 inches!!! I know absolutely crazy, even now i store most of my weight in hips/butt, not normal for a guy, and i have wondered about my test levels.
Arms flexed, Right arm 14.5 inches, left 13.8 inches (mostly fat)
Thigh 25.3 inches— again, i cant imagine what i looked like from behind, shit, in some ways i never seemed to look that fat, since i would only see myself waist-and up, in the mirror. It’s a shame i didn’t take leg shots before/ after.
calf 15.5 inches
forearm 27inches flexed
Lifts (Before)
Deadlift 65kg
Bench 50kg
row 40kg
Squat 55kg
before front shot is attached to this post… i will post before back shot, and then the new shots with my current lifting stats/e.t.c.

In 2 months u went from 65kg to 182kg on deadlift???
All the other lifts too, I dont wanna call u a liar, but…[/quote]
I mean… at least when I started working out… my lifts improved by leaps and bounds in the first month or so just by getting used to them :-/
But looking at this guy… there’s no way he can pull 182kg
how did you get so strong so fast?
how do these guys do it? i mean, like that other guy who added 300 to his squat in 4 months…

All i can say is and I feel bad saying this… just from looking at you i’d say you have really really shit genetics for bodybuilding. Don’t want to make you feel bad but… it just looks that way… I mean… why the fuck are your hips so wide, your a guy! And your clavicles and shoulders are real narrow, I think you should just cut the fat back off and go start playing tennis or train to be a marathon runner…
seriously dude, if that is how you carry 100kg’s then I would just give up.
Your sister wants her belt back.
The belt is ghey…and it’s twisted in back.
I would say…maintain your weight at 100kg and continue to lift like crazy. And make sure you get enough protein…are you consuming whey everyday…etc?
no, don’t maintain anything. eat to grow. Keep at it, a few more years you’ll be somewhere good.

Now that’s funny.
OP, what happened? You got fat, brother. I see no gain in muscle/definition from a year ago. Your size increases are from increased fat, not muscle mass. It looks like you started eating crap and slacking on exercise.
What’s that rash on your chest? Looks like it got worse over last year.
Do pushups and machine bench until you feel confident and comfortable with the free-weight bench.
It really doesn’t matter what we reckon, friend. Lay out what your goals are and work towards 'em. No excuses.
And stop posting numbers, for cryin out loud. I can only scoff so many times.

Rgates. Well said.
Am I the only one who is wondering if this isn’t just an elaborate troll job? If this is real, to the op, do you actually lift? I’m just asking. Those lift numbers are preposterous for the pics that have been posted.
Edit: I would love to be proved wrong by a video of the lifts though.

The original posts were very trollish…but the recent posts with the fatty pics seem to make him genuine (but knuckleheaded).
He doesn’t seem to understand that he should be in the beginner forum where he could get lots of sincere advice.
