when u start to hit a plateau, which im guessing is coming soon, take a few day(2-3) off and them come back with a rep/set/weight ratio different than before.

and ps… i wasnt asking to be judged on if i have a ‘great’ physique but merely on the basis of what i have achieved… which apparently you guys cant see… maybe YOU should look a little closer, and at least give me the opportunity to prove myself BEFORE you continue to criticise.[/quote]

Maybe we shouldn’t have to look closer and the difference should be obvious.

Listen man, you’re not going to see differences in 2 months unless you’ve been balls to the wall training 6-7x a week and sleeping in the kitchen - kind of like this:

Honestly, just keep lifting - if you really have progressed that much in your lifts then good for you. Post some pictures in another year or 2 when your physique reflects your strength.

well then you will soon be in for a pleasent surprise my friend

Oohh, I can’t wait… SHOW ME THE MONEY!!

Read up on 5x5’s put on 20lbs of mass and you will get more respect. Most of the peopel commenting are 85-100lbs heavier than you in muscle mass. You are just now getting into good shape, but this is a BB forum. I get flamed allof teh time because I am not huge. But take the advice, 5X5’s will do wonders for you bro. I would say realistically you can gain 10lbs of mass in 6-9 months 100% naturally using 5X5’s and eating right.

Best of luck!

i don’t know about you guys but i can’t wait to see this guy bust out a 400lb+ dead and a near 350lb squat on video like he promised

stick with it man.

there are alot of haters all over this site and the rest of the interweb; see past them and hit your goals. (if you don’t have any; make some NOW)

I want video.

And again I say, this is Rate MY Physique, NOT rate my progress.

Hell, I’m sure I’d do great it rate my progress, I doubt I’d be a hawwwtttiiieee in rate my physique.

And you don’t lift those numbers in good form. Please, prove me wrong.

I guess I just haven’t met those really tiny muscle-mass-lacking guys that push big numbers and have nothing to physically show for it. Please, be an physical anomaly, I love a medical wonder as much as the next guy.

If you post those videos in good form I’ll kiss your e-feet with my e-lips.

and squat/row video wednesday…

this is the deal…

one thing i have never added is that my height is 5ft 10.5

I want to see the bench press too big guy.

And remember good form. Don’t hurt yourself trying to pull 400lbs.

And I’d like to see a truly parallel squat please.

I wonder how many times this will need to be stated before people finally understand.

Instead of going through this tremendous work of proving yourself to others, that energy could be better used towards improving your physique little by little, day by day. Don’t look for slaps on the back after two months of training from people that have put in the hard work for years. What’s more important to you, making others believe you, or doing it for yourself? That’s all.
