I was leaning into deca because I’ve heard and read it can be helpful with joints and that has been an issue for me for some time. Is there also any truth to what you gain with deca is easier to hold on to after the cycle?
IMO, AAS are AAS.
Some cause edema. That water is not muscle that you have any capability of keeping.
Regardless of the AAS, TRT will not keep a fair of your muscle gains. But you should be progressively stronger at the start of each subsequent cycle.

You still haven’t answered my question about your bloodwork. All of this is a moot point if your doing Dr bloods every three months. That’s not enough time unless you run an 8 week cycle of short esters which will still only give you 4 weeks to get the rest of your bloods back in order prior to bloods.
My cousin is the Dr that has me on trt right now he knows what I’m planning on doing. My plan was to finish the cycle and gradually lower the test dose to where I am now.
IMO your not ready for gear. You are undersized and not very strong which tells me you don’t know how to train and eat.
Why not start a training/diet log so we can see what your doing and fix your issues so you can make the most of your first cycle.

Curious… how are you going to approach your Diet and Trainning moving forward. You commenting you have been at it for 20 years. With results you seem very disappointed with unless im reading you wrong.
Protein 151g Fats 59g and Carbs353 for 2550 calories which is roughly 200 more then I am eating now. I figured I would track that and see where it takes me. Training now is a 1 mile run M-F and mid morning in the gym 3 days doing PPL. Previously I was doing 4 days a week with full body workout my plan was to go back to something like that. And yes I’ve been frustrated with the results I have mad although its been better since the start of trt.

What I would recommend is starting a training log where we can help you get your training and eating in check.
If your on TRT and have these items in check then you have a lot of potential without taking additional drugs.
So I started a log first time so any input would be helpful. I’ve decided to hold off on mixing up compounds and decided to run sustanon at 500mg a week for 10 weeks.

If I was you I would blast and cruise. Then you can see if higher dosages gives you sides. Its simple easy to manage.
Work on your diet. Eat more!!! Don’t care what you are eating now ..EAT MORE. Wanna gain and make the scale go up…well get it done
