im twisting, pulling my right shoulder foreward and left shoulder back, this is visible in my abs as well. i do have some slight symmetry problems in my arms, but no more than any other serious lifter. but in the photo it is magnified a lot more. thanks for observing.

ha, thanks, yeah this was mentioned. but i think i like doing what ive been doing, not really stressing over if i need to lose weight for a comp, or should io be balancing calories and whatnot, i think it would take the passion i have for bodybuilding away if i started to take it TOO seriously, not that i already dont, but this would be a different approach. maybe in the future, but for right now, it just doesnt seem right.

my measurements are posted on the first page.

and my caloric intake is maybe estimated around 4.5k-5k calories a day. i just got to school, so my diet is all fucked up, but im training harder then ever.

ill get back to you on my caloric intake. my school is trying to “FFF” (fight freshman fifteen) and they posted nutritional information next to all the food. ill have to add it up sometime soon. only thing is is ppl already think im a meathead cus im the only one here who lifts, now they are going to think im crazy writing down the nutritional info from all the food… haha.

People in my family and at work think I’m pretty nuts too.

But I’m the strongest one in my family, and the healthiest too.

where you at school man?-I have a similar problem at my school. Shit our gym doesn’t even have free weights!-I had to join an off campus gym in order to continue training hard.

cobleskill, my last choice, shit hit the fan 2 weeks before i was going away to school so i had to tranfer there last minute
