do you even lift weights? judging by your stats, id say no.

your comment was neither critisism or a compliment, take your negativity elsewhere, ive trained very hard, and have reaped the rewards, you obviously know nothing of that.

Awesome!.. 8…

but just please don’t give me that … ooo i’m natural… its genetics… right.

but,if there’s a remote possibility that this is natural… then you could be next mr.O :)[/quote]

Comments like this are only from people who make excuses why they can’t have a physique even remotely like this. Awesome job man, your delts are sick.

I did read that your tempted taking some aas in the future. If you can already handle 7 days a week now…shit you would be a beast. Keep up the good work.

Well you are no stranger to making throwaway comments!

On a more positive note I think you have done well, however, if was to critique your weaknesses, the main thing I would point out would be the need to get more thickness all over your back…other than that you obviously need more muscle density which takes years.

Keep up the good work!

no hard feelings on the troll comment, but youve got to realize where we are coming from, we see a picture that seems like it came from a magazine article and thats the only one you posted, with a very low post count. that has happened before and its always a troll.

yes i deff agree, with the thickness. the pictures dont really show it, but i have an extrememly wide back relaxed, i seem to grow outward, thus lacking that thick look. it will all come with time, good training and spot on diet, and maybe a few more deadlifts. ha.

thanks you for that.

i am very tempted to start a cycle yes, but i know better than to start young, im 19 so i figure i may have a bit more natural growing to do? maybe, i hope. ill give it about 5 more years before i seriously start to think about that first enjection!

You have a good physique all around. Your lats and low back look fine. The only area that is somewhat weak is your legs. You seem to have high insertion points for your quads. Are those squats atg? If so, they should help you pick up more muscle around the knee.

For those people who think he is not natural, do you even lift? I dont normally see people like him in the gym, but it is certainly possible to get those lifts and as such that muscle, on a natural.

No hard feelings.

Agree with you. Hit the deads and bent over rows…heavy on both with strict form and you should see a big difference…especially in your erectors!

Keep it up!

Very impressive - 19 and natty

He’s too bulky. I think he would benefit from developing longer, leaner muscles. You know, with Pilates.

Soon as I clicked this thread I expected the steroid comments lol.

I think the not-so-built folks should check out a few college gyms where guys have been lifting since they were 14 instead of surrounding themselves with cardio bunnies and baby weights at 24 hour fatness. Perhaps then they wouldn’t be so surprised and scream “juicer” at the site of someone who looks like they lift.

Good work DJ.

yeah, not so much at my college gym, but at my gym at home, im considered average compaired to the rest of the gym rats there.

Awesome job, you should take pride in what you have built. You look exactly like a kid I went to high school with (physique wise). I think it has to do with bodybuilding alongside adolescent growth spurts, they enhance each other.

He got massive on a 5’10 frame with good genetics and by the time he was 20-21 people swore up and down that he was on something. I’m jealous, I wish I had your dedication at that age. Maybe I missed it, but I would love to read more about the program that you used to attain much of the growth.

ill get back to you on my caloric intake. my school is trying to “FFF” (fight freshman fifteen) and they posted nutritional information next to all the food. ill have to add it up sometime soon. only thing is is ppl already think im a meathead cus im the only one here who lifts, now they are going to think im crazy writing down the nutritional info from all the food… haha.

i outlined my training routine on the first page i think. i never really followed any workout plan, like the ones on bodybuilding.com, i just trained instictively. I think i tried at one point to do what one of the new fad workouts said, and i hated it. Over the past 3 years i think i have changed my workout routine/schedule 3 times.

The one im doing now i may stick with for a while, i still love doing it even after a little more than a year, and it gives me more leway on what i train. The schedule that i gave is more of a guidline than a set schedule, i might swap biceps with back on day, and maybe move chest to my back day or something, w/e i feel like doing that day i suppose.

yeah. its because of these fucking twirps who start juicing as soon as they start lifting too.

i shit you not this dude at my gym was talking to a guy about how he “needed” to juice that it was “the only way”. this guy just lost like 100lbs and is still on the same regiment yet expects to gain muscle. he goes to the gym twice a day, and eats 1700 calories. …the reason i think everyone bigger than me juices is because everyone smaller than me juices.

of course i believe you if you say youre natural though Dylanj because you seem to have your shit together. plus arent you like Norweigan or something? all you fuckers are huge.
