I see, so you just do things instinctively and wind up where you want to be at by the end of the year? [/quote]

never really thought to put it that way, but yeah that does seem to be the trend. i eat out of habbit, and train out of habbit. and i just seem to wind up where i want to be at, as you say.

ha, thanks, yeah this was mentioned. but i think i like doing what ive been doing, not really stressing over if i need to lose weight for a comp, or should io be balancing calories and whatnot, i think it would take the passion i have for bodybuilding away if i started to take it TOO seriously, not that i already dont, but this would be a different approach. maybe in the future, but for right now, it just doesnt seem right.

thanks again

See page 3 for his response. I already asked this question.

Yeahh… sorry for the repeat question.

Absolutely amazing shoulder width! I gave you a 9/10.

Not to be a prick or anything, but it seems like your traps lag behind. It could just be the far distance that the picture was taken at or maybe your shoulder width creates some sort of illusion. Either way, it seems that they should be bigger.

im really not sure either, i always thought im just a wide person, and since traps are illusioned to grow up it would be hard for them to be noticable since i was so wide.

i work them like crazy, i used to do barbell shrugs, then went to smith machine, leaned back and held the bar with a close grip, and saw better thickness gains with that, ill figure out what works someday.

I gave you a 10 out of 10 holy shit 19 y olds, I guess you must be Eric the reds ancestor!

What can I say in place of whey powder? I get the shits from it, never used to, just developed it recently. And so much protein… Is it not taxing to the liver?

Much respect. Keep up the good work and good luck on achieving your goals. You radiate determination, something most beginners like me lack.

thanks!

Amazing shape man.

That’s pretty much how i would love to look like. I hope get to that one day!
Thanks for sharing some information regarding your training with us, but… could you give me a breakdown of your diet? like what you eat, what time.

Thanks in advance.

Here’s a tip that may or may not help you calf development.

While I’m no bodybuilder, I do tend to notice what exercises work for me. Since I’ve started working on a speed ladder, I’ve noticed a definite increase in my calf size. It’s great for cardio as well.

most of my food intake come from pastas, beef, and bread.
pasta is a mid day and post workout meal for me. and beef, becuase how hard is it too make a burger on a grill? plus it tastes great. and bread, whether its pre workout bread and butter or mid day snack with penut butter and jelly. and of course the usual chicken breast, and always vegitables and fruits throughout the day. i also like to go to the local delis and get subs, i go there enough so that when i walk in they know what they are going to be making for th enext 5 minutes.

i really dont have a set eating schedule. i wake up, chug some protien then 30min-1hr later i make breakfast (6 eggs, and some other crap) then there is my post workout pasta. with work and school my schedule is constantly changing. i try and eat every 2 hrs or so, even if im not hungry. as i already mentioned i dont get hungry, but thats because i am constantly making myself eat. if you wanted a time-sheet… well i work nights, and i work days, it always changes, so my meal times are constantly changing, it also depends how much i sleep.

cardio might be a problem for me! but i do notice the same thing in a sense. as far as a supporting muscle group getting more out of a supporting act then it should. for me its squating. when i have a good, month of sqatting, my calfs are thicker and harder. i need to get a pick up of my calfs. i have a good half inch of THICK skin covering my ankles and calfs, this is why i cant get deffinition. its not fat, it feels like leather.
