Do you have any pictures from before you picked up the weights? I’d just be curious to see how you developed from the beginning.

That’s okay… haha. Good to know you didn’t come out of your mothers womb and hit a back lat spread, though.
How did you first start working out successfully? What did you do as a beginner to build up to where you are now, training-wise?
And what set you in the right direction diet-wise?
Great physique, it makes me want to ask a lot of questions. haha

i started working out succesfully, when i started not being afraid to ask the biggest guys in the gym questions, pissed them off a bit but it helped me out a ton, started readin muscle mags, doing a little more online research. at first i was retarded about lifting weights, i went monday wednesday and friday, and did EVERYTHING, meaning benching and curls… cus of course thats all that matter AMMIRITE. then after doing my research changed it up a bit. i was always in the right direction diet wise, remember my family background, we always ate healthy, i was made to eat at least one serving of vegitables a night, i used to be a milk hound too, about a yr ago, i was doing a gallon a day ( i posted an article about milk and acne on this site nutrition forums, around that time as well.) then i realized it was giving my horrible acne and havnt drank milk since… a little round a bout, but you get it
You’re a freaking monster, man! Nice work
Mate, you’ve got good genes no doubt, but no way could someone look like you do without a bucketload of hard work. Great job. And great attitude too.
Rob
Thanks for answer my questions, I’ll think of some more later. haha

If you are ever in Rochester let me know. I am one of the biggest guys in my gym (sadly, at 5’10 160) and it would be really nice to have someone with your experience to learn from. Great job again, my friend.
So do you always maintain the level of bodyfat you have in those pictures, or do you have periods of time where you get a little huskier when trying to gain muscle?
How do you go about gaining the weight, in general?
i maintain, the most fat ive ever had on me is now. so as far as gaining weight, i just eat as much as i can, im never hungry though, i just either see food and eat it, or tell myself, i need to eat cus im going to the gym in an hr, or “i just got back from the gym a half an hr ago better make food.” not a breakfast person either but i force myself to eat eggs. not gonna lie, i love french toast with real syrup. some of you may call it cheating but i just feel bloated and swole for the rest of the day, so i dig it. i guess im just lucky, im sure if i give it a few years im gonna need to watch what i eat, or do cardio or something.
Hah! My breakfast vice is chocolate pop tarts.
That’s really impressive that you’ve been able to get all the way up to 230lbs maintaining bodyfat levels and training/eating the way you do. Most people I see can’t handle it and end up crapping out at like 180lbs. They can’t get over the “hump” so to speak.
About how much bodyweight do you aim to gain each month with your method?

i dont go by months, my goal is to keep gaining around 15 lbs a yr like i have, im only 19 so i assume if i keep training and doing what ive been doing i wont hit my peak for a while. at my grandfathers peak he was 250lbs with a 31in waist, so hopefully i will surpass that.
I see, so you just do things instinctively and wind up where you want to be at by the end of the year? Interesting.
250lbs and a 31 inch waist is extremely impressive haha.
Thanks again for answering my questions, I’ll keep an eye out for your future updates.
