It’s cool because I have the same body shape as you so I can see what I’d look like with another 30-40lbs of muscle down the road when I look at you.
Admirable progress. 8/10
Finally someone who’s made progress in his training time, congrats!
After all those “5(or so) years of trainin’” pictures of people who look like they’ve been lifting for barely 2 months, this is quite refreshing.
Keep at it dude.
Edit: Try the rear lat spread with your hands on your waist.
You look like somebody locked Dierks Bently in a weight room for a year.
Good work man, keep up the hard work, what are your goals ?
Nice
Leg day for 1

life goal is 270lbs i guess. i dont know if that is attainable or to easy for me to reach. other than that, to keep growing and getting stronger.
ill try and get a few more pictures.

stupid troll making indirect comment saying you use roids
You have a great solid base
Strong points in my opinion, shoulders, chest, back
Weak points, legs-primarily width and calves, arms to an extent your right looks good but left is off in the picture at least.
overall solid physique not too often see one here.

yep, this is what im aware of, my arms have made great progress in the past 6 months, if you take a look at my profile and the picture from last yr you will see that my arms have come a long way. along with my delts. my tris sit very high and as far as a ratio goes my bis and tris share 50/50 on my arm when its supposed to be what? 25/75.
in other words im all bicep, just my genetics. my symetry isnt that bad, its just really offest in the picture i think i was twisting a bit( you can see this in the abs). although you are correct, i do have a noticable symetry problem that will come along in more time, hopefully.
great advice, gives me a lot to think about, thank you.
Holy shit dude. I never see 19 year olds that are as close to the finished article as you.
Kind of off topic, but where in New York are you? Do you lift at your college gym, or elsewhere? Some of the best gyms I have seen were in colleges around here (Rochester), at least. Just curious …

Not that it matter at all but, natural?
Cause… you got 0 recovery day…I dont really understand how that could be, unless you can say “thanks god for crazy recovery capacity”
yep totally natural, if you saw the rest of my family youd realize i just hit the genetic jackpot. my granfather is 65 yrs old, and is still bigger than i am, 50 inch chest 31 inch waist 285lbs bech for a 6 count.
My uncles are the same way. my mother is a triathelete, done the ironman 2 times, her pr is 9 hrs 30 min. check the back brochure of ironman 2002, thats her… ahah. i was born and raised to be fit. always ate healthy, always exercized. and was always pushed by my grandfather to be big.
this may be queer to you guys, but my grandfather is full norwegian, and supposidly we trace our blood back to eric the red, that viking fellow. dont hold me to it though, just a family tale.
and as far as recovery time, take a look how i placed my musclegroups, not one uses a supporting muscle group within a days times-span. i consider that my recovery time.

Looking good, man! You have been given good advice. I would just reiterate what others have said regarding your leg training.
Many of us here would kill for your genetics. Your attitude is also refreshing to see in someone your age. Stay humble and always be open to advice.
Keep up the good work!
Dustin
very nice keep going, its really hard when ur 6 foot to get really nice tone legs or at least for the guys i know that are 6’+ im 6’4 and i do a shit load of cavles and legs but it also goes with ur gentics like i have nice calves not because i work them alot but all the guys in my family do so im lucky their, try adding donkey raises, seated calves, lunges, and cycling ( its amazing for ur legs )

i live upstate ny, right in the heart of saratoga springs. i acually lift at the local ymca ( which sucks) and the old world gym ( trashy place) the ymca ive grown out of a bit, everything i do i have to find a way to pin enough weight on to it( brand new facility to feb 2007) world gym is better, at least they have dumbbells that go up to 180lbs.
im heading off to a health feild college in the fall, and theyve got the nicest gym ive ever seen. cant wait.

didnt play any sports in highschool, unless you consider crew a sport, i did that in 7th 8th and my freshman yr in highschool. funny story, in crew we did our winter training at world gym, we didnt lift weights, they just had about 20 urgs (rowing machines) and thats when i started to get into weightlifting, quit crew and got a membership at the gym. waved to my fellow crew guys whenever i was there, ahah.
