This shouldn’t be in the rate me forum but at least he says he’s “trying to develop and good frame” instead of saying how huge his lifts are and how hott he is.
You seem to have gained some size without gaining too much fat. Your back looks pretty good and overall I’d say your progress seems great. Just keep lifting. And, I have to warn you about the only fault I see in your training. It could be the way you are flexing or the lighting but it seems you have some imbalances.
does anyone any tips or routines to help increase my speed and agility?
plyo drills usually help with that, depth jumps , high knees, ballistic bench press etc…
for sports specific stuff id say add a fair amount of unilateral leg work… think pistols and lunges… u might also try incorporating things like jump squats
if u have access to a sled though that is prolly the best… sled pulls and pushes im sure have great carryover into football stuff
the other thing is grip strength i feel like in football as in many sports grip strength will play a key role…

GS gives pretty good advice and stuff.
For speed - Sprinter basic sprinter interval training. Along with Bleacher sprints.
Agility - Jump roping variations. soccer. and quick feet curb drills.
- Clean, Squat, Front Squat, Lunges including diagonal.
