i do tons of calf raises on the seated calf raise and then also standing calf raises and i walk on my tip toes so idk they have always been strong and had some size

Well…they dont compare to mine, but hey…I’ll give the boy some credit.
Speaking of calves…I created a new exercise…
It’s a one legged calf raise, but instead of tucking one leg behind the other, you stick it out and point your toes and never touch the ground. Kinda like a ballet move. Its great for balance too!
