The primary ingredient in 17-HD is DHEA. So if the NCAA tests for DHEA you have a problem.

Since when was DHEA in the product? How would you know this?

Assuming you are in college and are an athlete, you should ask your trainer/training department for their password to www.drugfreesport.com. Those are the people that perform the tests for the NCAA and allow you to inquire about any and all supplements and their legality under NCAA rules.

Before I take any supplement, I inquire with them to see if it is legal or not…the only things I have taken that would fail were due to high concentrations of caffeine, but that passes through your system quickly…just something to consider.

Go to www.drugfreesport.com and find your way to their resource exchange center. You will need a password from your trainer’s office depending on which division you compete in (Div I, II, or III etc…). Once logged in, you can search for most supplements…if you can’t pull up what you are looking for, you can inquire with the name of the product and they will get back to you very quickly regarding its legality under NCAA rules.

Wild yam as a plant is acually very beneficial in helping the body recover but the produc is WAY overpriced.
