That didn’t apply to me. I ate a shit load and worked out 11x a week. I’m in the greatest shape of my life. I lost bf% while putting on muscle. If you just train hard. Your goals will become true. Enough with all this technical shit. Just eat healthy and workout often. If not everyday.

If you want to build fore arm strength, use one of the two above, or, take the 20lb dumbbells you have and do wrist curls with with them.

Also, Ironmind.com has all of the stuff I linked above, and grippers that go to 300+ pounds which also build shit loads of forearm strength. I currently am working reps with the 1.5’s.
