I was also very skinny as a teenager, you are more muscular now than I was at age 15. You could try googling Vince DelMonte (skinny vinny) for another workout plan.
I agree with some of the posts above.
– Stick to basic compound movements - squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, pull ups, military press
– Less volume, heavy weights – get a spotter
– Eat more.
– Less cardio.
When I was a kid, I didn’t have a squat rack, just a bench press and barbell. You can do Bulgarian split squats for legs if you don’t have a squat rack. Or try things like push a wheelbarrow up a hill loaded with bags of sand.
