and how old r u now?

hey amongst the people talking crap and then others truly trying to help u will gain. (what people didnt tell me that i know now)

  1. eat alot of everything at your age
You hvae super fast metabolism so take advantage older you get the slower
  2. Lift heavy and low reps
    Starting strength is excellent
reason why. body grows under tension of the muscles used. Compound movements are best for newbie gains. Squats and front squats and deadlifts and stiff leg dead lifts. bench press and shoulder presses . Always use dumbbells or barbells.
  3. drink a gallon of water a day
  4. eat clean :
staples-chicken tuna steak yams oatmeal. always having veggies with every meal and when in doubt if full add more veggies. Milk is great and calorie densed if stomach can handle it
  5. take pics of before and every month so u can chart progress
  6. fu ck scales go by cloth measure tape and chart it that way.
7 dont be afraid to get some fat. but dont over do it . if lose visible abs thats fine cause u can fine tune it
  7. Listen to everyone that poses knowldge fu ck the idiots
  8. Consist is what wins the race
  9. always try to One up yourself

there plan for success

Keep doing what your doing just read as much as you can when it comes to this kind of stuff. There is so much to be learned its ridiculous, plus you still have a young mind to learn. Apply everything right and you can trust to your program to work and everything will have a domino effect. Keep it up!

Hehehehehehehe

WHy do some of you guys actually write out full responses to this crap? You’re just wasting your time.

Oh trolls, so funny

Did you not just waste your own time responding? Who’s the one laughing now

I think you’re training too long each day. Shouldn’t be more than an hour.

Beeeeeefcake!

haha I like how you snapped a picture of yourself doing a front double bi in what appears to be the restroom of a fast food establishment.

You need a haircut too.

but the hair is so EMO!!

good job thus far…

Nice altoids man.

Yea good call… don’t listen to that guy, creatine shrinks your dick.
Use n.o explode instead.

lmao…damn strait, lol

oh god…just oh god…

do 200 pull ups a day. A t-vixen got hyoge that way…oh wait

u have the absolute worst lifting schedule…better off NOT lifting…looks like it anyways

ok here’s the problem with all you young kids out there (I’m 15 mind you), all you do is focus on the front part of your upper body and never decide do get massive legs and a monster back. Don’t you want them big ol wheels? or the v-shape taper? I know I do, and thats why I hit legs and back the hardest. I don’t care about pretty boy definition and all that. I’m a powerlifter (almost) who goes for size and numbers. I have respect for bodybuilders seeing as how my cousin is a pro (Jake Baumgartner, check him out), but real men powerlift
You can judge me when I get my pics up
