Also as mentioned before eat eat and EAT, track your calories on fitday, if you arnt gaining with 3,500 try 4,000 if you arnt gaining with 4,000 than bump it up some more. At 14 you look like you have a real high metabolism eat 6-8 times a day. It can be hard to get in lots of food but their is some ways to help
make your own weight gainer shake for breakfest, you can get in an easy 1,000 calories for breakfest (if needed) I use
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
2 cups whole milk
2 scoops protein powder
1 cup frozen blueberries
a dash of extra virgin olive oil to bump the calories up some more comes out to around 1,100 calories, easy to take in to.
eat plenty of nuts, pack a couple peanut butter and jellys for in between classes
DRINK LOTS OF MILK!
