14, Started Lifting for Football

I wouldn’t mind seeing a video of a 150-pound 14 year old deadlifting 410.Actually putting videos of all your major lifts on here would give everyone a chance to give you advice on form.

KK ill get it on video and yea lol squat is one of my fave things to do lol

Awesome bruh. You don’t see alot of teenagers who like squats much less at 14.Btw is that your school’s gym in the background? It blows mine out of the water.

Yup thats the school gym lol it aint that big whe have 3squat stations 3bench 2dead lift 2incline and thats bout it but the room is only bout the size of a small bedroom but i guess its good enough for a 1A school

Our weight room is pretty big it’s just the equipment and racks are ancient. You can’t touch a bar without your hand getting covered in rust.I kinda like that though.

I’m having a hard time believing you are 14. 15 must be right around the corner for you, no???

If you and your lifts are truly legit, god bless your work ethic and genetics, in THAT order.

I have to ask, what kind of parent lets their kid get a tattoo at 14???

Good luck and keep lifting.

I think your first mistake is in assuming that most people even ask their parents before they get a tattoo.

I have to 2nd callaw on the jealousy. That is amazing for 14, I’m 18 and I thought I was doing well when my lifts are only 50-60 lbs more than yours in the big 3… looks like I need to step my game up.

Try not to kill the other kids on the football field.

And definitely listen to the advice given so far, except the douche who said it looks like you don’t lift.

KK thanks btw for umm those who may not think i am 14 ill get a pick of me in class :stuck_out_tongue: just for u btw quick question i have been doing big research on Jay Cutler and well guess u could say im trying to get to his point but im wondering if i could do that naturally?

No, you can’t get to his size naturally. And probably not even with lots of steroids.

And why you want to look like him is beyond me too. :stuck_out_tongue:

But you delts look extreme. :O
Yeah god forbid anyone on a bodybuilding website wants to look like an actual bodybuilder rather than some skinny guy like Ryan Reynolds.

Anyways it’s good to see a 14 year old actually interested in getting big and strong, good luck.

LOL well the tattoo was given to me by a ex-inmate at a prison and no i didnt ask my mom to get it to i just did and yes in 4 months ill be 15

This is honestly the first time someone has posted a pic and I became jealous. 14? Wow.

There really isn’t anything worse than wasted talent. Don’t fuck it up.
This is also the first time someone has posted a picture and this guy paid the poster a compliment.

I’ve heard plenty of nobs talk about how they have to look like Ronnie/Jay/Arnold/Phil, but you’re the first that makes me think, “This guy just might deliver.”

 well i got my self on video dead lifting 410 but its on my phone and i have no idea how to get it on the comp so i can post it

I know how to get videos on using a digital camera but i can’t help with a cell phone.I’m sure someone you know knows how though or someone might say how on here.

You should be able to send it as a multimedia message to your email address.

I just tried it but its not working well this friday im going to the YMCA to lift so ill do it there and have my older brother get it on Video Camera

Nice lifts man, You realy have a good start You can put 100lbs on your bench pretty easy in a year so You will be a big ass 15 year old. I thought I made alot of progress this year and your lifts are the same or more as mine when I was 12 weeks into my 15th birthday, plus your lean. Dont waste a second you got a huge head start on EVERYONE.

Quick question i got a membership to the YMCA and i was wondering if i lift, run, etc how big i could get over the summer whe have 3months of vacation

No one can answer that for you. You could go through a growth spurt, gain an inch in height, eat enough and come out 20lbs heavier. You could fuck around and not gain shit. No one can predict how much someone else can grow. This question gets asked way too many times for it to not be understood by now though.

If you don’t run, you’ll get bigger. I imagine that not maintaining cardiovascular health/respiratory capacity would interfere with athleticism, but what you lose in that department you’ll compensate for in size. Maybe save the cardio conditioning for the next pre-season?

Man, you are a beast. I’d be scared shitless to play football with you. Keep up the hard work.

Just wondering, whats your 40-yard dash time?
