14 Months Training

good legs everything else sucks

You look kinda like I do with the big legs and not so great upper body. I have huge (but still weak) legs too, it’s kinda weird. They were big before I even started training them. Just wish my upper body would grow at the same rate.

Keep on keeping on. You did gain decent muscle, but it will take some more tim for your upper body to fill out.
Swithc out the floor deads to rack pull from knee for a while, that should help your back width some. Use dumbbells for pressing movements except for the military press.
Your quads almost look photoshopped on that body lol.

WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK.

You definitely shouldn’t have posted this in rate my physique. Spend some time in the beginner forum and keep putting the work in.

Also spend some time learning what stickies are and how to read them.

Here’s my current routine:

Sunday: Clean, Full Squat
Monday: Pull-up, Dip, Lunge
Wednesday: Front Squat, Deadlift
Friday: Bench Press, Bent-over Row, Overhead Press

Most exercises are done with around 8 reps, well except the cleans. And 3 sets per exercise. I also get about 45 minutes of low-intensity cardio each day in the form of riding my bike to class. After spring break I’m gonna go stronger on my bulk, I think I’m eating to close to maintenance calories right now. I just wish the the second 40 pounds would come as easily as the first.[/quote]

Its not genetics its a leg dominate routine.

Dammit, another old thread that someone bumped. Although the OP is dated two days ago, the guy must have edited it for some bizarre reason, 2 years after creating the thread.
