First post!
Just looking for criticisms and direction for training. Been training seriously for roughly 2 years. Diet is not perfect but getting there.
max:
Bench: 120kg (264lb)
Deadlift: 160kg (352lb)
Squat: 120kg (264lb)

What are you training for? Bodybuilding? Powerlifting? Sport?
If your goal is bodybuilder, then there is only one direction/criticism you need: Get bigger. One cant honestly say something like “need more lats” or “your legs need work” because you need it all. You’re only 160lbs, there is no ceiling in sight. Id suggest posting in the beginners forum for diet and workout scheme critiquing.
If I was you I’d eat a lot, get up to 200 over the next year and try to get as strong as possible.
Your lift are ‘ok’ (due to only being 160) but could be higher since you’ve been training for 2 years.
Anyways, this advice is based on my own goals (since you didn’t post yours) of just getting as strong/big as possible.
yeh goal is bodybuilding. i.e size
atm im aiming for 75kg. Then once hit that target aim for the next kg, and so on.
Diet is pretty solid in what i eat. I believe it may be due to size of portions tho that might be holding back larger gains.
For two years training…It seems you need to re-evaluate your training, and eat three times as much.
I think a 160 pounds female who has been training for less than a year could lift more than you…
oh wait.
Why do you squat the same weight that you bench? Something is definitely wrong there
This forum should be renamed “LULZ”
well I’m 166 lbs and my stats are this:
bench: 265lbs
deadlift: 460-470
squat: 440
I think if he incorporated more a powerlifting specific workout and ate heavy (google mark rippetoe’s starting strength that may help you) and did what you said and gained he would look much much better.
btw my stats also come from little to no supplementation and a diet that’s not 100%, not even a 90 or 85% clean. hell, any advice or tips for me alone would be helpful, pm me if you have any
Thats a fairly decent bench for your size but what is wrong with your squat? you should be able to squat an awful lot more than you bench.
not a terrible physique tho, needs work but for an average Joe you dont look bad

My advice is to stop lying about how much you can squat…unless you happen to be one of the top rated junior powerlifters in the country
Put on 40lbs
my brother is 15 (146 lbs.) He deadlifts 400lbs and squats like 320… i refuse to believe you train legs
If you can bench and squat the same weight there is something seriously wrong. If you add 50 lb on your squat I bet you will add 10 or 20 lbs on your bench effortlessly.
Seriously…is the bench/squat thing a typo?

IamSam you are so full of it. Even if this kid has horrible technique and yours is perfect, there’s no way you guys are benching the same. He’s just so much more developed than you. And that squat number is ridiculous. Your legs aren’t even muscular… I’m not saying you have a bad physique, but not a powerlifter or bb bod. Assault, I think you look great. Still very young and not a lot of experience. You’ll develop. Think you look great as is, little more lean and a little more mass due to some more training and body maturity as well as solid diet and you’re good to go. Like how you’re taking it goal by goal… Rather than saying I wanna be 220 lbs in 6 mos.
Harsh Critics, Definitely some jealousy going on , Obviously you have some work to go, But you achieved
a lot in 2 years especially for a just 22 years old. i would not be discouraged, You have genetics on your side
