Im a rower, I row in a heavy weight junior mens quad, we are currently the best national team, and are hoping to beat the youth Olympic crew this national. As such, I cant continue bulking and must cut to a reasonable boat weight. I already have a very good power to weight, but I need to make it better, every pound less is one inch more.

They’re usually bigger than me! However, since starting Androgel almost 2 years ago, I can claim to have an ever-increasing pattern baldness. And, yeah, I’m bigger too!
Keep work hard, for 14 you got a real decent base to grow on. If your looking for some advice you may want to give a sample program u do so, we can “tweak” it here and there. I have been through craploads of programs throughout the years… only 29 yrs old, but i think one of the best combo’s i have used was the meltdown program that posted in here, then follow that up with a decent powerlifting program.
