That is impressive as hell. Seriously.

I also thought it was impressive as hell when that Walenda guy walked across the grand canyon on a tightrope last year. But some things are just freakin dangerous.

Crossfitb, there’s nothing wrong with cutting up and having fun, but I can now see that move becoming a staple in crossfit gyms.

Crossfit started out as a good idea. It looks like a great workout and a lot of fun, and I was strongly considering giving it a try. But lately, it seems that it is turning into a circus trick. People need to calm down with this shit.

And to end on a positive note, I gotta reiterate, that was damned impressive.

I think it’s impressive but dude… that’s dangerous.

Dangerous. Pointless. Stupid. But fun to watch you try to do it!

I think you’re missing the point of box jumps. They’re to build explosiveness, but that rep was a real grinder, taking close to five seconds to get onto the box.
