Thank you!

140 will have to wait, im starting a body comp program to get to single digits @ 91kg (200lbs) or higher. Once i finish it I will put all my effort in to getting a 191 squat and power cleaning 136 (300lbs)

no idea, i dont do it anymore, when i was still competing @94kg my best power clean was 130, best clean was 145, best jerk from rack was 145, best clean and Jerk was 142

Looks strong Tork.

If you dropped 10-13-15kg you’d be down to 9 or high 9’s. Maybe 8’s depending on how lean you are at 89. To be 90 and single digits is going to take adding on 10-14kg of muscle over 2-5yrs in a few bulk and cut cycles.

what the heck are you talking about? i have been measured with several methods (underwater, skin-folds, “body-scaners” and they all have my between 11 and 12% right now. according to the one that has be at 11% all i need to get to 9.9% is to gain 4lbs of lean-mass and drop 2 lbs of fat mass. very doable in 3 months with a body-comp program and an excellent diet.

Good job, you just don’t look like that lean but it’s hard to tell from a video of you PC. It’s just that most people greatly under estimate their bf% and haven’t actually had an accurate test (Dexia, underwater or BodPod).

Do you know what your macros will be for your diet? I’m on 2400, 150c, 93f, 240p at the moment. 19 weeks deep so far :stuck_out_tongue:

I eat between 2800 and 3200 kcal/day.
I dont know the exact macros but it is primarly a high protein, high fat and very low-carb diet. been eating this way for a few years now. i have a carb up meal once every 5-7 days or so.

over the last few years i have gone from 211 @ 22% body-fat to 196@ 11% bodyfat
