just did the openers . snatches were terrible missed openers (80) 5 times and got them 3 times. clean and jerk went well . moved upto easy 105

With the rest and deload, your snatches will be fine, they always seem to suffer first!!
Not going to lie - good clean. Nice technique, good rebound, and hit all the right angles. Only thing I will add is you’re catching a little high. Reckon if you work on descent speed you could definitely break that 100kg.
That’s 105 kg. I just cleaned 110 in the comp but missed the jerk. Thanks for the advice
