10,000 Clean Calories

Hi, I’m an amateur powerlifter. You can get info about me and my diet in my training log “Tom Evans’ Log”

I want to clean up my diet next month, with only two cheat meals a day. I’m planning on making shakes like the ones Mark Bell has described. I eat my dinners, part of my lunch, and part of my breakfast very clean. But I have a ridiculously high metabolism, I naturally walk around @ 6’4 at 195. I’m 261 right now. I want to compete 308-SHW eventually, right now it’s 275-242 b/cuz of a deal I made w/ my parents. I just want to stay on a steady gradual plan of weight gain. Can anybody tell me how to do this while somewhat drastically improving the quality of the foods I eat?

Why would someone be concerned about 10,000 calories being completely “clean”, whatever that really means?

A metabolism that high means you can get away with eating things others can’t.

In fact, I honestly predict the only people who will tell you this sounds like a great idea have likely never been anywhere near 260lbs.

That many calories means beef, steak and unless you plan to make eating a new job, likely a good deal of foods that are high calories and thusly not what skinny dudes think are “clean”.

Just drink a bottle of olive oil a day…problem solved.

Someone needs to kill this CLEAN concept. What does it even mean? Most people use it to mean “gain muscle not fat” which is always calorie related. Some use it to mean eating foods that are healthy. If you are eating 10,000cals you are probably not going to be able to do either of these things 100% so why even use “Clean”. Eat the best you can while trying to get those calories and be done with it.

Thanks you Ebomb. it twas a joke i will edit the original so it will be more obvious

None of this is my concern. For my purposes nutrition is bullshit. I however am 16 and live in the same house as my parents. They also have in the past bought the groceries. They are ignorantly oriented towards “healthy” foods. Countless times I have tried to communicate that for my goals I cannot do that.

Irregardless, I just found out I’ve picked up a second job tonight on weekends. That will cover my end of the groceries. Problem solved.

i can write you out a clean 10 000 calorie a day diet if you want? with 2 cheat meals a day it wont be too bad man

Jars and jars of PB!!!

Add coconut oil to all oats

Add pb, peanuts, almonds or walnuts to all sweet potatos

Add evoo to all rice meals

Add raisins to all oats

Add brown sugar to all oats and sweet potatoes.

Add beans and cheese to every salad (if you even bother with salads on a diet over 5k per day)

I have many of my football guys, basketball guys and hockey guys use these tips to gain weight or keep their weight up during in-season periods when I need them to keep calories high to perform, practice, train etc. 20 something guys standing at 6’ and over with as much activity as they have on top of high metabolisms. This seems to help and keep it simple. I also tell them they can go ahead and have things like pizza, pasta, burritos and even ice cream 2-3x a week if they want it as long as its not a daily thing it wont hurt them.

You’re a fucking asshole you know that? I would happily sacrifice my left nut to be able to eat 3000 calories a day.

How many calories are you taking in now? If you can get 5000-6000 calories just eating a jar of peanut butter with a few slices of bread will get you there and it will be delicious.

Also you are 6’4, 261 lbs at 16yrs old? I fucking hate you.
