10,000 Clean Calories

Thanks everybody for the suggestions, but the only reason I was considering cleaning up my diet is because I’d be a prick if I bitched at my parents for not getting me the foods I want/need when they’re paying for it.

Now that I’ll have the money to cover my end of the food, I can eat whatever I want. Thanks again though for the responses I really appreciate it.

Can you sincerely afford to eat 10k a day?

1 large bottle of olive oil = 8,040 calories

Get some.

10,000 cals a day is not unreasonable for an active, athletic 16 year old. My brother is 6’4" and when he was a 3-sport athlete in high school - soccer, basketball & field (discus/shot), he was eating 10,000 cals and having trouble putting on weight at 6’4" 200. In fact, he was enrolled in a food/health class at the time where they had to track calories for a week, so that number’s pretty solid.

That’s a great answer right there. You show a lot of maturity for a 16 year old, it will go a long way to help you achieve your goals.

Seriously, anyone resorting to a bottle of olive oil, thinking that’s better than eating a fricking tripple whopper deserves the mess they’re going to get coming out of their ass.

What’s wrong with drinking a bottle of olive oil? Totally logical decision.

I drink a lot of olive oil myself, prolly ~90ml/day

I dont mind cooking with oil but straight drinking it… i dunno if i could do it. I just would rather eat the calories. Drink it straight?

Haha oh man the diarrhea that would arise from that…
It wouldn’t be diarrhea so much as olive oil with a little diarrhea mixed in.
EVD

Extra Virgin Diarrhea.

I am going to hazard a guess that evacuating the bowels of 8,000 calories of fast food burger would be at least as unpleasant as pissing 8,000 cals of olive oil out your ass. I think shitting the 6-7 triple whoppers that you’d need to hit the same number of cals qualifies as giving birth.

EDIT: Not saying I don’t approve of including cheezburgers as a part of a high-cal bulking/gaining diet… just saying that it’s not going to be a whole lot better on the way out.

I either put it in my shakes, drink with spoon, or put the desired amount of fat needed for said meal in my chili

If you are eating that many calories, you just accept you will be on the toilet more often.

I like to use the big stall with the handrail (for extra squeezing) and just hope no one with a wheelchair beats me up.

There isn’t one lifter over 250lbs who isn’t well acquainted with a toilet if they are trying to get even bigger.
