All lifts are up, but notably BB OHP and incline bench. OHP: 135 → 165 (for reps) Bench: 165 → 185 (for reps) I believe this was more muscle memory than anything. Either way, these lifts are not impressive. I still have a long way to go.

Are you serious? I don’t even see any muscle let alone separation. No, compared to half the population of the US you are not that fat, but you are drf overweight and should not be touching drugs.
