Anyone know how much this bar weighs?
Its 5ft made by York. I am assuming it’s 7.5kg. Unfortunately I have no scales at home and google has been non forthcoming with results.

most standard barbells are 15 lbs. 15.5 with the spinlocks i believe.
I believe Wal-Mart has barbells just like that, you could find it in their store and see what the weight is on the box.
We don’t have Walmat in the UK
