thats deffeitly not me btw just the highest 1 arm snatch Ive seen. The reason the clean and jerk isn’t used very often is because of the incredible balance you would need to push heavier weight.

mopar_nocar - you have to be stricter, no leg drive AT ALL - your knee’s must be locked, good effort though. Your mate was good too, he looked like he was playing with it lol, surely he can do more??

Yeah I wanna see if anyone can do 135lb…haven’t seen it before…
