High Rep Kettlebell Snatches! WOW

Decided to up the reps in KB snatches yesterday and did 25 reps with each arm with a 70lb KB. Man that had me winded for a while! Great exercise for muscular endurance and as Pavel states it is a real “Puker.” Give it a try a dumbbell!

Mike, I’m still getting used to using my kettlebell for snatches from the floor! I did six sets of five yesterday! It is a great workout. Soon, I’ll work up to 25 reps! That’s when I’ll be hella feeling it! Good job, my man! Especially with a 70lb kettlebell! I’m only working with the 36lb kettlebell, and it gives me quite a workout!
