What would the best anti-catabolic supplement would be now? Surge? Androsol? Methoxy-7? How would they be rated in that respect?
In theory it should be “Surge” as anything as theoritically potent for recovery would be tops. Also, pre-workout cortisol reduction is helpful (Phosp. / VitC / BCAA’s). The bottom line though, is if Surge works as well as it sounds than anything else taken either before or after a workout may not be necessary (as the effects won’t compare).
Don’t underestimate the powers of Glutamine just because it isn’t a breakthrough product. Time and again, it has showed to be a tremendous anticatabolic agent along with simple antioxidants and proper nutrition.
